For training requests, project consulting, product demos, downloads, course purchases, learning support and refunds, we may collect contact name, company name, phone, email, request summary, order information and information necessary for learning services. This information is used to respond to requests, arrange services, fulfill orders, support customers and maintain security audit records; it is not used for unrelated profiling without authorization. We retain information only for the minimum period necessary for the processing purpose. You may contact official support to request access, correction, marketing-consent withdrawal or deletion where legally available.
